“Opy Zouni” Award 2026

During the 9th International Contemporary Fair “Art Thessaloniki”, Triantafyllos Vaitsis was honored with the “Opy Zouni” award.

This award honors the memory and artistic work of Opy Zouni (1941-2008), an emblematic figure of contemporary art, who left her indelible mark on geometric abstraction and constructivism and is awarded to artists who boldly and creatively express the contemporary visual language.

This initiative is a tribute to Opy Zouni’s dedication to art and an important step towards strengthening independent artistic creation.
