A Cause of War
Listen to the description
At first, everyone sees a woman in a landscape. You can imagine that she is located in a field of wheat and in the background there are trees, mountains and the sky on top.
If you consider the title of the sculpture “A Cause of War”, you will assume that this woman is Helen of Troy.
In the shadow of the sculpture you can see now the profiles of two men wearing crowns. On the left, the profile of the “strict” king Menelaos and on the right the “playful” prince Paris. And among them the “cause of the war”.
The yellow part of the shadow, this complex scene, can also be now the war: wires, weapons, dead bodies, ruins etc.
